A: No you don’t need to be a member to enjoy everything the casino has to offer. And entry to the casino is free.
A: You must be 18 years of age or over to come to Manchester235. This applies to all our facilities, including the restaurants. You will be asked to produce ID if you’re lucky enough to look 21 or under.
A: As we just mentioned, if you’re lucky enough to look 21 or under, undertaking cash transactions of £1,500 or more or signing up to our Total Rewards programme for the first time you’ll need to show a valid photo ID (passport or driving license).

Yes. Car Parking is available at both the Great Northern Warehouse NCP car parks. Manchester235 will pay for unlimited parking for Total Rewards card holders at both Great Northern Warehouse car parks, when using Manchester235’s facilities. This is available for all Total Reward card holders, Photo ID required when signing up. See staff for details.

Yes our casino has wheelchair access and disabled toilets.
Please note that bags may be checked on entry to the venue. Anything larger than a handbag e.g laptop bags or rucksacks will be asked to be left on reception. Kindly note that we do not hold luggage in our cloakroom, and it is not permitted into the venue. Management reserve the right to accept or refuse bags into the venue or cloak room.
A: The venue is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week (closed on Christmas Day only).

A: Your Total Rewards card will remain valid. However you need to have visited a casino within the last six months to keep your Reward Credits balance. Otherwise your balance expires.
