How It Works:

Terms & Conditions

    1. The promotion will run from 6 May to 2 June 2024.
    2. Only Met Card holders at Manchester235 with an App account can participate in the promotion.
    3. The Stamp Card is available on the Met Card App only.
    4. Only customers that have opted in can participate in the promotion.
    5. To qualify, customers must opt-in to the promotion on the App between 12 pm on Monday 6 May 2024, and midnight on Friday 24 May 2024.
    6. Customers will earn one stamp per day when they make a gaming visit at a participating venue, and these cannot be issued retrospectively. A maximum of 6 stamps can be generated over the duration of the promotion.
    7. A gaming visit is recorded when a customer hands over their Met Card before playing on any live Table game, Slot machine, Poker, or Electronic Roulette terminal.
    8. Customers must present their Met Card prior to playing on gaming tables or ensure that their card is correctly inserted into the machine.
    9. Jack and Queen customers will receive 500 Met Points for each stamp collected: King and Ace customers will receive 1,000 Met Points for each stamp collected. Ace customers will receive an additional 500 bonus Met Points if they collect all 6 stamps.
    10. Met Points are automatically credited to the customer’s account at the end of the promotional period within 48 hours.
    11. All stamps must be redeemed by midnight on 2 June 2024.
    12. Bonus Met Points are not included in Tier calculations.
    13. Normal Met Points terms and conditions apply.
    14. No cash alternative is available.
    15. M Card holders are excluded from participating in the Loyalty Stamp Card promotional activity.
    16. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
    17. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
    18. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
    19. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
    20. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
