Terms & Conditions

  1. The Sprint to Vegas tournaments will run on Saturday 14 October 2023, 13 January and 13 April 2024 and is only open to Met Card holders.
  2. Each entrant must register at the Poker Desk prior to commencement of the tournament at 2pm, late registrations must be registered before the end of level 6 (approx. 5pm). Tournament start times are subject to change, all changes will be displayed within the Poker Lounge.
  3. All entrants must pay the entrance fee of £330 (£300 buy-in and £30 registration) prior to the commencement of play.
  4. Players who have won entry into a Sprint to Vegas tournament via an in-house satellite tournament will have their chip stack put in play at commencement of the tournament.
  5. Unlimited re-entries will be permitted for the specified late registration period of the tournament but will be relocated to another table if possible. A re-entry will need to join an existing alternate list and is not seated as a re-buy. They will be seated as close to the big blind as possible if being seated manually, or seated randomly if such a system is in place (i.e., seating cards or a digital seating system). Registration fees will apply to all rebuys.
  6. All MG Poker Tournaments are governed by the Tournament Rules displayed in the Poker Lounge and are available on request.
  7. Tournament Director’s decision is final.
  8. One WSOP 2024 Package is guaranteed on the condition of a minimum of 47 entries per tournament.
  9. All prize money will be paid out as a WSOP 2024 Package with any remaining funds paid out as cash prizes as per the pay-out structure available from the Poker Desk.
  10. In the event that the minimum number of entries are not met, all collected prize money will be paid out as cash prizes as per the pay-out structure available from the Poker Desk.
  11. The WSOP 2024 Package includes: $10,000 Buy-in for the WSOP Main Event in 2024; Return flights to Las Vegas, travel insurance and hotel transfers; accommodation in Las Vegas; £500 spending money; return transport between Manchester and the departure/return Airport.
  12. Players must be aged over 21 to participate in the WSOP.
  13. Players who have won the package must travel on the flights arranged by the promoter.
  14. Details of travellers must be provided within 14 days of being awarded the package.
  15. Traveling players must arrange their own ESTA/VISA application to travel.
  16. No cash alternative is available.
  17. All packages are maintained as a complete package including all items listed in point 11 of these terms.
  18. Participants agree to allow Metropolitan Gaming the unconditional use of their name and likeness (including photographs) for promotions/advertising and announcements without compensation, consideration, notice, review, pre-approval, or additional consent, relating to the Sprint to Vegas promotion.
  19. Participants competing in the WSOP agree to ‘Team 235’ branded clothing for the duration of the time competing in the tournament during the Vegas trip.
  20. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
  21. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
  22. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
  23. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  24. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
