We have created a range of mouth-watering buffet and canapé menus to cater for networking, power-lunching or banqueting. Taking inspiration from around the world, the menus feature items ranging from Roasted Vegetable and Feta Cheese Panini to New Zealand Green Lipped Mussels with Garlic and Herb Crust to Duck Liver Foie Gras Parfait with Apricot and White Onion Chutney.
