DO I HAVE TO BE A MEMBER TO COME TO THE CASINO?

A: No you don’t need to be a member to enjoy everything the casino has to offer. And entry to the casino is free.



HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO ENTER THE CASINO?

A: You must be 18 years of age or over to come to Manchester235. This applies to all our facilities, including the restaurants. You will be asked to produce ID if you’re lucky enough to look 21 or under.



DO I NEED ID?

A: As we just mentioned, if you’re lucky enough to look 21 or under, undertaking cash transactions of £1,500 or more or signing up to our Player Rewards programme for the first time you’ll need to show a valid photo ID (passport or driving license).

 

WHAT’S THE DRESS CODE?

A: We want you to feel comfortable and ready to enjoy your visit to Manchester235 so we recommend a smart casual dress code. Football shirts, sportswear or workwear is not permitted.

DO YOU HAVE CAR PARKING FACILITIES?

Yes Car Parking is available at both the Great Northern Warehouse NCP car parks. Manchester235 will pay for unlimited parking for Player Rewards card holders at both Great Northern Warehouse car parks, when using Manchester235’s facilities. This is available for all Player Reward card holders,  Photo ID required when signing up. See staff for details.

  • FREE car parking is only available for Player Rewards card holders. 
  • FREE car parking is offered to Player Rewards card holders when using Manchester235’s facilities; poker, gaming, bar, restaurant, event space.
  • FREE car parking will only be offered to Player Rewards card holders who register a visit at the time of arrival at the casino
  • Customer must have car park ticket stamped at reception within 15 minutes of parking car, otherwise ticket will not be validated.
  • Customer must have car park ticket validated at the Cash Desk at the end of the visit.
  • FREE car parking applies for the duration of your parking when you are using Manchester235's facilities for the duration of your visit
  • FREE car parking is not valid on Christmas day. 
  • FREE car parking is not valid for Player Rewards card holders who are NOT using Manchester235’s facilities.
  • FREE car parking is valid for a maximum of 24 hours at a time.
  • Customers exclusively using Ocean Treasure Chinese restaurant will not be eligible for the FREE car parking offer.
  • Anyone deemed to be abusing the FREE car parking offer will be excluded from this Player Rewards member benefit and maybe refused admission to Manchester235.
  • This offer is not available to Caesars Entertainment UK staff members and 3rd party companies of Manchester 235.
  • The management reserves the right to cancel or amend the benefit at any time without notice.
  • The management reserves the right to adjust the duration of the free car parking at their discretion.
  • The management decision is final.

DO YOU HAVE WHEELCHAIR ACCESS TO THE CASINO?

Yes our casino has wheelchair access and disabled toilets.

WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING HOURS?

A: The venue is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week (closed on Christmas Day only).



Gaming:

Poker, Gaming and Slots are available 24/7 including public holidays (except for Christmas Day).



James Martin Manchester:

Monday – Thursday: 5pm – 10pm

Friday – Saturday: 5pm – 11pm

Sunday: 12noon – 5pm

 

Vega Lounge:

WHAT GAMING FACILITIES DO YOU HAVE?

A: The main gaming floor has 21 gaming tables, including Blackjack, Three Card Poker, Punto Banco and American Roulette. There are also 20 state-of-the-art Electronic gaming machines and 28 for Electronic Roulette. WHY DO YOU HAVE TO VERIFY MY IDENTITY WHEN YOU REACH A CERTAIN LEVEL OF CASH-IN OR CASH OUT IN THE CASINO?

A: Money Laundering Regulations in the UK legally oblige us to obtain a positive form of identity from you if you reach or exceed the cash buy-in/cash out threshold. The details of our threshold levels are displayed clearly around the casino and our management team will be more than happy to help with any queries about acceptable forms of ID.



IF I DON’T WANT TO GAME, WHAT ELSE IS THERE TO DO?

A: Lots. Try our signature cocktails while enjoying live music and DJ entertainment every weekend in a glamorous Vega Lounge or check out our regular special events in 235Live events suite. There’s also a James Martin Manchester restaurant offering high quality Modern British cuisine.

I’VE HEARD PLAYER REWARDS MENTIONED. WHAT ARE THEY?

Player Rewards is part of Caesars loyalty programme. Once signed up, you earn Reward Points every time you play, eat or drink at one of our venues and receive 10% off our bar food and drinks. The more you earn, the greater your Tier status and benefits. You’ll get more return on your play than with any other casino group. We’ll even give you a free drink and gaming voucher when you sign up at the Manchester235.

 

DOES IT COST ANYTHING TO JOIN PLAYER REWARDS?

A: No, signing up to Player Rewards is free. Registration is quick and easy.



DOES MY PLAYER REWARDS CARD ENTITLE ME TO VISIT ANY OTHER CAESARS ENTERTAINMENT CASINOS?

A: Yes, you can use your Player Rewards card at all Caesars Entertainment casinos nationwide (except for Playboy Club London, which is a private members’ club).



I HAVE NOT VISITED THE CASINO FOR A WHILE. IS MY PLAYER REWARDS CARD STILL VALID?

A: Your Player Rewards card will remain valid. However you need to have visited a casino within the last six months to keep your Rewards Points balance. Otherwise your balance expires.



I’VE LOST MY PLAYER REWARDS CARD. CAN I STILL ENTER THE CASINO?

A: Yes, you can still come in to the casino. Make sure you pick up a replacement card from Reception desk on your way in.



WHAT DOES MY PLAYER REWARDS CARD ENTITLE ME TO?
