Spin to Win

1. The promotion will run from 1 to 31 May 2024 and is only open to Met Card holders.
2. Tickets are distributed every hour on the hour from 2pm to 8pm to customers playing on the Gaming tables, Electronic Roulette terminals and Slot machines in the casino.
3. Draws will take place daily at 9pm and entry tickets must be in the tombola 5 minutes before the draw.
4. Members must be present at the time of the draw to win. Winners will be chosen randomly from the tombola and will have 2 minutes to claim their spin by producing their membership card. If the spin is not claimed within 2 minutes a re-draw will take place.
5. The Met Card holder’s name and membership number must be displayed on the entry ticket and verified for the member to be confirmed as a winner.
6. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged and stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
7. The tombola will be cleared each night after the draw.
8. One winner will be drawn from the tombola and will have the chance to spin the prize wheel, the wheel will consist of 16 segments with the following prizes: 8 x £5 Free Play, 4 x £25 Amazon Voucher, 1 x £100 Free Play, 1 x Amazon Echo Show, 1 x Ninja Foodi Air Fryer and 1 x £500 Free Play.
9. All prizes are redeemable on the night won.
10. Free Play can be redeemed at the Cash Desk in exchange for non-negotiable chips to be used on tables, or a promotional ticket for use on Slots or Electronics.
11. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed.
12. Promotional tickets will expire 24 hours after time of issue and all promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
13. Leisure Met Card holders are excluded from participating in the Spin to Win promotional activity.
14. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
15. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other terms contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
17. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
18. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
