1. The promotion will run on Thursday 28 March 2024 and is open to all customers.
2. 2 for 1 Cocktails is available from 5pm to 11pm, during the promotional period.
3. Purchase one full priced classic cocktail or mocktail from the menu and receive another of the same free, served at the same time.
4. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Met Card discounts do not apply.
5. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
6. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
8. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
9. Disregard or failure to meet any of any of these terms may result in the management cancelling the offer.

Grab a Grand
1. The promotion will run on Friday 29 March 2024 and is open to all customers.
2. Tickets can be collected from 5pm at Reception, limited to one ticket per customer per day. It is the customer’s responsibility to ask for a draw ticket on arrival, tickets cannot be issued retrospectively.
3. Draw will take place at 11pm and entry tickets must be in the tombola 10 minutes before the draw.
4. Customers must be present at the time of the draw to win. Winners will be chosen randomly from the tombola and will have 2 minutes to claim the prize. Should the winner not present themselves within 2 minutes a re-draw will take place until a winner is declared.
5. The customer’s name must be displayed on the entry ticket and verified for the member to be confirmed as a winner.
6. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
7. The tombola will be cleared after the draw.
8. One winner will be drawn from the tombola and will win the chance to enter the ‘Grab a Grand’ machine.
9. The winner will be given 1-minute inside the Grab a Grand machine to collect as many tickets as possible. Tickets placed inside the Grab a Grand machine will have different denominations, which are split as follows: 10 x gold tickets worth £20 each, 30 x silver tickets worth £10 each, 100 x bronze tickets worth £5 each. The value of the tickets collected will be tallied and exchanged for cash from the Cash Desk.
