Easter Eggstravaganza

1. The promotion will run from 4 to 31 March 2024 and is only open to Met Card holders.
2. Met Card tier specific stamp cards will be available to collect from Reception from 6am on the first day of the promotion, limited to one stamp card per customer.
3. Customers earn one stamp per day from the Cash Desk, and these cannot be issued retrospectively. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their card is stamped every day that they visit.
4. Prizes can be redeemed at the same time as the relevant prize box is stamped.
5. Every completed stamp card with eight stamps entitles the holder to: Jack 1 x Free Drink, 1 x £5 Match Play, 1 x 500 Met Points and 2 x Prize Draw Entries; Queen 4 x £5 Match Play, 1 x Free Drink, 1 x Free Bar Meal, 1 x 500 Met Points and 2 x Prize Draw Entries; King 4 x £10 Match Play, 1 x 1,000 Met Points, 3 x Prize Draw Entries and 2 x £10 Free Play; Ace 4 x £20 Match Play, 1 x 2,000 Met Points, 2 x £20 Free Play and 4 x Prize Draw Entries.
6. Rewards are redeemed as follows:
a. Free Drink to be redeemed at the Bar for one of the following: House beer, 125ml glass of house wine, single house spirit and mixer or soft drink.
b. Match Play valid for Slots or Electronics only, present the same value bet in cash as detailed on the stamp card at Cash Desk for a promotional ticket. All funds must be staked before cashing out, promotional tickets only valid for 24-hours from time of issue.
c. Free Play valid for Slots or Electronics only, redeem at Cash Desk for a promotional ticket. Promotional tickets only valid for 24-hours from time of issue.
d. Met Points redeem at Cash Desk, credits will be applied within 24-hours. Normal Met Points terms apply.
e. Free Bar Meal to be redeemed at the Bar for a players menu item up to the value of £12.
f. Prize Draw Entry to be exchanged at Cash Desk for a prize draw ticket to be placed in the tombola.
7. Prizes won cannot be exchanged and no cash alternative is available.
8. All stamp cards must be redeemed by 31 March at 8.50pm.
9. The Promoter is not responsible for any stamp cards/voucher/entries that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
10. Draw will take place on Sunday 31 March 2024 at 9pm and entry tickets must be in the tombola 10 minutes before the draw.
11. Members must be present at the time of the draw to win. Winners will be chosen randomly from the tombola and will have 2 minutes to claim the prize by producing their membership card. If the prize is not claimed within 2 minutes a re-draw will take place.
12. The Met Card holder’s name and membership number must be displayed on the entry ticket and verified for the member to be confirmed as a winner.
13. The tombola will be cleared after the final ticket had been drawn.
14. Seven winners will be drawn from the tombola and will win the following in the order drawn: 1 x £1,000 Cash, 1 x £300 Free Play, 1 x £200 Free Play, 2 x Easter Hampers and 2 x Giant Bunnies.
15. No cash alternative available.
16. M Card holders are excluded from participating in the Easter Eggstravaganza promotional activity.
17. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
18. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If you have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, then you will be entitled to participate in the promotion at the terms you entered it, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and you will be entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
20. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
21. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
